Nutrition and sport with diabetes: In the shoes of an athlete

Campagnoli, Eleonora: - ELEONORA CAMPAGNOLI, graduated in Biotechnology at University of Turin and Oncology in Amsterdam. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of three and has never stopped since, turning her illness into a source of motivation. In addition to her academic success, she is a triathlon athlete in the Amsterdam Triathlon and Cycling club.
