Meet Ocean Bear: this is a story about a particular Bear whose enthusiasm for the ocean leads him to discover a legendary island with larger-than-life salmon berries, his favorite food! Set in the author's native home of Alaska and inspired by the Pacific Northwest, there are lessons learned on the delights of exploring the unknown and the rewarding discoveries along the way.
