This publication extends the study of the contributions of African women in the development of the processes of national independence, Pan-Africanism and Socialism during the period of party-building and political rule of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah in Ghana. The research draws upon both primary and secondary sources which have largely remained untapped in the field of African studies and international relations in the post World War II era.
