Julie O'Connell is an associate professor of English at Felician University, where this book is the text for the Praxis Core review course Dr. O'Connell leads. Dr. O'Connell was chair of Developmental Studies at Felician from 2010 to 2013. From 2000 to 2010, she served as director of Felician's Writing Lab. She has also worked as a learning specialist at Rutgers University, as a corporate trainer, and as a high school English teacher.
