Sh' Kia: - Sh'Kia is an African American writer, actress, and producer born and raised in small-town Oakland, Florida, where her creative journey began with singing in the church choir. She attended Florida Atlantic University and became inspired to write after directing the play, The Vagina Monologues. She went on to co-write and direct a stage play of her own, The Makings of a Man: Penis Monologues, and knew writing was a path she'd always follow. She wrote, co-produced, and starred in the web series Kinfolk, which was officially selected into Tribeca's 2022 Creator's Market.
