Really Real Yoga

Really Real Yoga(R) is honoring the ancient lineage of the practice and teachings of yoga; the sacred practice that extends far greater than what is commonly believed to be yoga today. Really Real Yoga(R) is being in the pose rather than doing the pose. It is beyond linking movement with breath, but finding the pause in between the inhalation and exhalation, as I believe this is where the soul resides. Really Real Yoga(R) is learning that you are your own best teacher. Really Real Yoga(R) is about illuminating your soul's true purpose in this lifetime. Teaching you what your gifts to this world are, and how to embrace these gifts in order to meet the world's needs. Really Real Yoga(R) teaches you how to cultivate a full, nourished, abundant, and authentic life in order to move toward love, joy, peace, and, ultimately, freedom
