Rescued History: Essays on the New History of the Philippine Revolution Vol. 2

DOMINGO DC DE GUZMAN was founder and director for 7 years of the famous Institute of Social History of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in which he did a great deal of the research for this historiographic rescue operation. Before he was terminated by the PUP President Emanuel de Guzman for using in his classes the first four volumes of this work which was meanwhile banned by him from PUP and declared a contraband, he was an untenured professorial lecturer in PUP for almost 30 years. He taught philosophy, and political theory in UP Diliman, and History in UP Manila. Kaibigan Books has already published DDC de Guzman's first book of poems, TRYSTS, ELEGIES & REVOLUTIONS, and is coming out, right after RESCUED HISTORY, with his biggest work to date as a philosopher, EPICHEIREMATA (ATTACKS) INSPIRED BY NIETZSCHE & OTHER ONTOLOGICAL & EXISTOLOGICAL INVESTIGATIONS INTO THE FOUNDATIONS OF EVERYDAY, PRAXIOLOGICAL, SCIENTIFIC, COMMUNIST REALISM, a two-volume critical destruction of negative metaphysics in general and of Nietzsche's version of it in particular, which at the same time launches the first everyday, praxiological, scientific, communist realist philosophy ever.
