revival

Revival is the story of a high school age girl that went through several forms of abuse within relationships. This book travels through her timeline of healing and reveals how she survived. She felt as if everyone was against her and no one believed her. For her, there was no light at the end of the tunnel. She learned not to call herself a victim but a survivor and to hold onto the faith she had lost within herself. That is what saved her. My name is Lindsay Stribling and I am from Southern Arizona. I have always loved to write but I realized the beauty of my writing lied in poetry when I was fourteen years old. I have been writing this memoir ever since. Its been a long process but I am finally ready to share in hopes I reach even one young girl struggling the way I did. I currently attend Northern Arizona University where I plan on continuing my education in creative writing because there is nothing more I want to do other than help others through my writing.
