This book is a compilation of stories I have written, with the hope that my descendants might enjoy getting to know what life was like for a lowly twig on their family tree. I have often thought how great it would have been, had my grandfather, or even my father, had left such a treasure. However, I have a granddaughter who shares my interest in writing, and when I asked her to help me compile them, she did one better.
