There all around you and you have probably heard it said many times and in many different ways perhaps even on a daily basis. Some of these things you have heard are that you got to stay physically active by exercising, you need to start eating the right kinds of foods in moderate proportions, keep your weight at a reasonable level, reduce as much stress as possible, and you have to stop smoking and drinking alcohol; the list goes on. How does this all help one to live longer and increase the longevity in the aging process is what this book is all about. Read this book, don't read this book, you're still going to get old. How well and how healthy those later years are, that is the question and that's all up to you. Time marches on and it waits for no one. It has one direction; forward. This book is dedicated to those that want to make the EFFORT to stretch out life and live longer and healthier. We must honor and respect our elders for we will be that person much sooner than one can imagine. Planning how we will get to that point physically, mentally, and spiritually is all up to you and how you want this progression to be portrayed in real time.
