Fudge is a two-year-old terror who is frequently embarrassing nine-year-old Peter and destroying his things. He is very discouraged with his situation and often feels like a fourth grade nothing. The day that Fudge walks off with Dribble, Peter's pet turtle is the last straw. Many children will readily understand Peter's difficulties with Fudge.
