The Autobiography of Ethel Morale Gathers

Morale Gathers, Ethel: - Dr. Ethel Morale Gathers intentionally chose this book as a message to her succeeding generations that they should never forget where they came from. Dr. Gathers documents her journey from her humble beginnings in the cotton fields of Louisiana to her years of military and civil service, her travels, and most importantly, her walk with Christ and her experiences in the Christian journey. She shares the highs and lows of her life and is a great example of an overcomer. Dr. Gathers holds a Doctorate degree in Religious Education (DRE), a Masters in Theology (MA), and a Master of Education (Ed.M.). An accomplished author, her first book, CHURCH CULTURE: What Members Dare Not Say was published in October 2020. She is a Certified School Guidance Counselor and a Faith-Based Restorative Therapist and holds numerous military and civilian awards and recognitions.
