He is the cofounder of Hitch Fit Online Personal Training and Hitch Fit Gym, where he and his wife, Diana Chaloux LaCerte, have helped clients in eighty-two countries lose over 750,000 pounds through fully customized, life-changing programs.

Micah has been a trusted leader in the fitness industry for decades, featured across national media outlets and live stages. He and Diana host SoulFIT TV, a weekly national TV show airing on CTN. They also co-founded SoulFIT Retreats--powerful experiences that blend faith, fitness, and fun to help others heal and create lasting transformation.

Micah is the founder of The Breaker Mission, a movement dedicated to helping men overcome shame, pain, and past trauma, enabling them to walk in freedom and purpose.

Motivated by his deep faith in and relationship with Jesus Christ, Micah is passionate about using his platform to serve. For over a decade, he and Diana have supported a school in Haiti, providing education and care for more than eighty children each month.
