Brears, Robert C.: - Robert C. Brears is the Founder of Our Future Water, which has a knowledge partnership with the World Bank's Connect4Climate and the OECD/World Bank/UNEP's Green Growth Knowledge Platform. He is an International Sectoral Expert (Water) of the Green Climate Fund. He is the author of nine books: Urban Water Security (Wiley, 2016); The Green Economy and the Water-Energy-Food Nexus (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017); Blue and Green Cities (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018); Natural Resource Management and the Circular Economy (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018); Climate Resilient Water Resources Management (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018); Developing the Circular Water Economy (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020); Nature-Based Solutions to 21st Century Challenges (Routledge, 2020); Water Resources Management: Innovative and Green Solutions (De Gruyter, 2021); Regional Water Security (Wiley, 2021); and Developing the Blue Economy (Palgrave Macmillan, 2021). He is the Editor-in-Chief of The Palgrave Handbook of Climate Resilient Societies and The Palgrave Encyclopedia of Urban and Regional Futures (Palgrave, 2021). He is the Associate Editor of the journal Discover Water (Springer).
