LINDA LARSEN is the author of 53 cookbooks, including The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook, The Complete Slow Cooking for Two, and Eating Clean for Dummies. Linda has worked for the Pillsbury Company since 1988, working on the Pillsbury-Bake off and other contests. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from St. Olaf College and a Bachelor of Science degree with high distinction in food science from the University of Minnesota.
