Portland, when it was cool, before Covid and the fires and horrific summer of 2020. But the city has always has its dark side. Eldon Truly's client, rich and powerful Jeffrey Barton, wants Eldon to find his daughter, Rachel, somewhere in the hard city. Or does he? Amy's a dancer when she's not owning the jobsite.
