The Grace of Falling Things: poems

A tree is cut down and one listens to the silence of its falling after the noise of the chainsaws that cut it down...a slow drench of effort forms itself into sweat, followed by the relief of rain...night falls. This thoughtful collection of poems reveals, as the title indicates, the mystery and grace of falling things. The poems in The Grace of Falling Things are those of a thoughtful and attentive poet, and they are a joy to read.
