Tony Prosser worked for the Fire Service for 30 years in South Wales, Thames Valley, and West Midlands at a strategic level, in positions including Director of Operations, Director of Service Delivery, and Head of Training and Development. He led operations at some of the largest incidents faced by the West Midlands in recent years.
