A cookbook by a home cook, for home cooks. Recipes across many cuisines & tastes, using seasonal ingredients when and where available. Recipes include sides, salads, entrees, main courses, marinades and desserts. From something new to everyone's favorite comfort foods, most recipes are easily adapted to suit many ways of eating as well as dietary restrictions. Recipes range from simple to average difficulty, but the main focus was making gourmet, delicious food approachable for the average person.
