Claudiney Prieto is a prominent Wiccan Priest and one of the most well-known and respected Brazilian authors today. His book Wicca: A Religião da Deusa (Wicca: The Goddess Religion) has sold more than 300,000 copies, and he is the founder of the Dianic Nemorensis Tradition. Claudiney is a third-degree High Priest in the Gardnerian Tradition, a Minos in the Minoan Brotherhood, an Archpriest of the Fellowship of Isis, and member of the FOI ArchPriesthood Union. He is also a High Priest in the Apple Branch Tradition.

Claudiney founded the first Museum of Magic and Witchcraft in Brazil.
