Penina Zilberberg, PhD, is a clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience treating children, adolescents, and families; and specializes in child and adolescent anxiety, pain, emotion regulation, and impulse control disorders. As a parenting expert, Penina provides parent training to empower parents to promote tolerance and processing of emotions, coping skills, and self-efficacy in their children. Penina has also lectured on a variety of topics relating to parenting and behavioral issues, and has conducted parent and teacher workshops in local schools.
