He discovered his fervor for catching bad guys when he watched an undercover officer infiltrate a local gang in his neighborhood, and bring down the entire operation. The excitement of meeting the officer and seeing the busts live sent James on a mission to make the police force. "You can't right every wrong, but you can give it your best." Now retired, with a beautiful wife and six grown children, James has taken to his Winnebago for some traveling, sight-seeing and relaxation.
