The Uncrowned Queen Reclaims Her Throne: When A Black Woman Breaks The Silence

The Uncrowned Queen Reclaims her Throne When a Black Woman Breaks the Silence is a tribute to Black women from the African Diaspora and a call to action.

Giving voice to our truth Dr. Ahmondra acknowledges the strength, resiliency, and power Black women from the African Diaspora displayed as Queens in ancient times and exercise in the 21st century.

Sharing her story of drug/alcohol addiction, domestic violence, unresolved grief, life-threatening illnesses, and PAIN!, she reveals how The Legacy of silence, a form of communication used by ancestors to survive during captivity, has imprisoned us behind a wall of secrets. Secrets that tarnish our identity, dimmish our power, quiet our voices and disrupt our well-being.

Dr. Ahmondra's journey of healing and transformation offers powerful messages of liberation and assurance. We can break the Legacy of silence, speak our truth, restore our power, and reclaim our thrones and true identity as the Original Queens.

The Uncrowned Queen Reclaims her Throne When a Black Woman Breaks the Silence is a must-read for Black women who outwardly express as powerful symbols of courage, strength, and resiliency yet inwardly feel mistreated, invisible, unheard, and imprisoned by painful secrets.
