The Unknown Life of Jesus Christ (Hardcover Library Edition)

The Unknown Life Of Jesus Christ - The book promises to reveal the life of Jesus between the age of 13 and time he began his ministry at age 30. In this book, Notovitch presents a narrative that suggests Jesus traveled to India during his youth and spent time studying various religious and philosophical traditions. According to Notovitch's account, Jesus engaged with Hindu and Buddhist teachings and was highly respected by the learned scholars of the time. The book also suggests that Jesus later returned to the Middle East, which aligns with the period when his ministry is traditionally believed to have started. The authenticity of Notovitch's claims and the existence of the manuscript he described have been widely disputed by scholars, both within and outside the Christian tradition. Many historians and experts have criticized the lack of verifiable evidence and the inconsistencies in Notovitch's account. The consensus among scholars is that there is no credible historical evidence to support the idea that Jesus traveled to India during his early years.
