Originally holding an MA in Law, Sarah began her professional journey as a solicitor in civil litigation before specialising in family law. After over twenty years of researching her own family history she pursued a Diploma in Genealogy and transitioned from law to history. Her legal background informs her historical research, with a particular focus on legal records such as deeds, manorial court records and Chancery court cases.
