What I found out to be true is that essential elements such as air, water and temperature play the necessary role in the outcome. The status of one's baseline health prior to the destruction can either be beneficial or a hindrance. You will find that air, water and temperature are necessary for not just the mind, body and spirit naturally but also spiritually. Disaster does what it is designed to do...destroy.
