Krug, Doug: - Doug Krug is the co-founder of The Institute for Unlearning. His transformational process work has been applied successfully with three Governor's Cabinets, top executive teams at the FBI, Medicare, HHS, NOAA, NASA, U.S. Marshals and all fifty Admirals in the U.S. Coast Guard, as well as numerous executive teams in the corporate arena. The essence of this transformation-in-thinking work is built around the premise that if we didn't cause so much resistance to begin with, we wouldn't have to work so hard to overcome it. Enlightened Leadership was used at Johns Hopkins University for their specialized Police Executive Leadership Program. He has worked with NASDAQ, Lockheed-Martin, DEA Academy, IRS, Verizon, NASA, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy, and the Army Corps of Engineers among others.
