Trebbiano's Tell Me More is a Fictional drama about a protagonist who, in his youth, breaks away from his family's butchery business to pursue a dream culinary profession. He pursues this artful profession by seeking to acquire the skills of various reputable Master chefs, explore new career possibilities and bring his goals to fruition.

From humble beginnings, acclimating to city life and a new profession, he discovers his talent and combines it with perseverance, giving him the characteristics and work ethic. To his surprise, it is widely recognized and rewarded him with rapid promotions. He is challenged by the expectations placed upon him.

By absorbing management skills at every opportunity, he learns from his mistakes and tunes the process to apply results. These acquired skills, which have proven superior, are managing Food and Beverage operations and adding salesmanship.
