Walking the Hudson: From the Battery to Bear Mountain

The varied and beautiful Hudson River Shore Trail takes you through forests and neighborhoods, Revolutionary War sites and downtowns. The route is broken into eleven segments of 2-9 miles, each with a map and directions. Walk as long as you like, for an hour or for a week; the average walker fcan finish the entire route in just a few days.
