As the founder of Open Arms Transformation Living (OATL), she has dedicated her life to uplifting at-risk youth, drawing from her experiences as a survivor of unaccompanied teen homelessness. With degrees in Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, and Addiction Counseling, Fonda brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as CEO of RESA Solutions and Executive Director of OATL.
