Taronga Conservation Society is a non-profit organization whose vision is to secure a shared future for wildlife and people. Taronga has released more than 55,000 animals into the wild through its conservation breeding programs and rehabilitation at its two Wildlife Hospitals and contributes to more than 60 conservation programs, including 17 recovery breeding programs. When you purchase a book, visit their two world-class Zoos, stay overnight, donate, or participate in an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience, you're saving wildlife and supporting critical conservation work here in Australia and around the world. Thank you for being a supporter of the wild!

Kate Daubney studied Illustration at Falmouth College of Arts in Cornwall, England. Straight after graduating she gained her first picture book commission. Since then, she's continued to work on an array of projects and has been published in the U.K, America, Australia, Europe and Japan. She currently lives in North Devon, on the Southwest Coast of England with her partner Roger, daughter Grace and her seagull chasing terrier, Taz.
