'What Is Mommy Doing?': A book about postpartum and how it affects the entire family

Postpartum is a word that many families simply do not understand. In this book, we go on a journey with a family of four, highlighting those pesky postpartum symptoms the mom is experiencing with their newest member of the family. With a super-curious four-year-old who is walking around asking, "What is Mommy doing?" and a toddler causing a ruckus, the dad is educating his son about postpartum symptoms, the journey to get help, and the aftermath of receiving professional postpartum care for Mommy. This book is filled with lots of humor, but will also showcase the mom as a superhero, conquering her fourth trimester symptoms with guidance and support. It is my hope that families read this book together to get a little more insight into the reality of postpartum.
