Begor: - I am Alison Begor, a work-life balance coach who helps professional women create the time and space they want to finally have the work-life balance that they desire and deserve.Not that long ago, I was juggling all the balls as a director at work and with two kids active in sports. I felt as if I were barely hanging on most days. I wasn't willing to give up my career and I knew I had to make changes to live a better life.By creating strategies that worked for me I was able to create an additional five hours in my week for ME and I am now living the life I want on my terms.My mission is to help women have fulfilling careers while also having time for family, fun and themselves.I live in Kentucky with my two kids, my dog, and lots of sports equipment that can never be found when it's needed.
