Wtf: I Cant Even Deal

Giovanni, Ellice de: - My name is Ellice. Who am I? Mmm, good question. I was a teenager, I was an athlete, I was an advanced care paramedic (and there are plenty more). I am now a fitness professional, health motivator, and author. And I am sure I will be a lot more in the future. What I really love to do is help people; I love to share my experiences and knowledge with people to hopefully change lives. I want to help you. As a paramedic for over 10 years I have seen and felt and shut out a lot. I have also lived a life full of experiences that have led me to this point, writing this book for you. Life is a collection of experiences that expand us, grow us, teach us and mould us into who we choose to be and everything happens for a reason-YES IT DOES! I have personally been through and experienced all the topics I cover in this book. I came out the other side with a deeper understanding and more knowledge of how to do better next time around. So, it is my pleasure to share what I have learnt with you, in hopes it will do the same for you. And hey, pass it on.
