EUPRERA congresses happen because there is a fine and energetic group of nearly 700 academic and practitioner members, coming from every continent, who enjoy developing their ideas and working together to celebrate innovation in public relations and communication. This book is a reflection of that commitment, energy and diversity, including, as it does, the papers submitted for the 2009 congress, being held at the University of Bucharest from 23rd – 26th September.
