OF AN IMPRESSIVE ESTABLISHMENT
is all that I wished I had lived
on this earth,
but I did not know it.
Now I am in bloom like an olive and
I keep climbing up... climbing up.
When I stopped from walking high up on the mount,
the poem came out on tiptoe from under the shirt: pâş! Pâş!
It stood on the ruins, to The Dead Sea
content that it made me climb up there just in
August 29th 2005.
I looked at it in amazement: it was content,
it pointed to the sea, it sighed,
it covered its face, it cried,
it laughed,
it recited me,
it knocked me down upon the ruins,
It trod me under foot,
together with the stone,
the sand,
the desert of the numbers.
I was in a mood I had never felt before:
I sighed for happiness,
I said that I was awake,
I was sister and brother,
I was close to it, far off,
very far off.
And so on...
giving firmness to germination,
on the mount,
in the fortress of Herod Antipas
I unbind the pollen
of the poem
of August 29th 2005.
