Every week brings a new set of five brief activities, designed to help you delve into the fable's lessons as well as the associated chakra:

Monday: Read the fable and set the week's intention.
Tuesday: Explore the meaning of the week's color.
Wednesday The Journal Journey, where you complete a written task.
Thursday: Exercises in self-understanding, to be done alone or in a group.
Friday: A guided meditation.
