The Second Edition of Clinical Supervision: Legal and Ethical Issues updates the many advances and issues in Clinical Supervision that have occurred since the original publication in 2012. The second edition updates information regarding, on-line supervision, models of supervision, professional guidelines on clinical supervision, and changes in ethics codes impacting supervision. Other topics that have been included or updated since the original publication are supervisor competencies, cultural competence, diversity issues, cultural humility, incompetence, gatekeeping, and assessment and evaluation. Ethics Codes and legal precedent are ammended to be current.
