What I put together in this book, Creating Joy and Harmony, is a lifestyle. My intention in writing this book is to give you the tools to overcome negative, self-sabotaging thoughts, feelings, or emotions. I will prepare you to stop outsourcing your power so you can enjoy the precious privileges of life. I struggled with feeling the joy and living in the harmony I once knew as a boy. This book and my workshop were born out of my own journey of despair. This is my gift to you and to humanity.
