Czech meals usually begin with a soup of some sort, followed by the main course with a meat (or seafood) dish and a side dish. The most often used meats include beef, turkey, duck, pork, and chicken. There are meatless main courses too, which utilize fruit-filled dumplings, potato pancakes and cabbage, fried cauliflower and fried cheese. You don't want to forget dessert! They use a lot of whipped cream and butter in many desserts, while others are fluffy and light. Turn the page, and try your hand at Czech cooking...
