Observations from an introverted extrovert of lessons learned in life, love, and happiness. Life is full of challenges from mental illness, substance abuse, grief, loneliness, and shame that it's important to cherish the successes and triumphs, no matter how small they may seem. These words are my attempt at navigating life's many twists and turns. I hope they can illuminate some sense of direction for others as they have done so for me.
