Miller, Gena: - Gena Miller was born in Portland Oregon in 1970 to a wealthy family, Gena has the opportunity to continue her studies away from home, thanks to the economic aid of her father, and for this reason, she decided to attend the renowned university Columbia University in New York. She had no difficulty in graduating in 1998 with top marks, winning a scholarship in nutritional sciences which allowed her to find a job at the university as a lecturer. Gena took her profession very much to heart and saw in teaching the possibility of giving her students the necessary tools to establish a healthy and wholesome lifestyle, drawing up for them real nutritional plans with tasty and healthy recipes. It was her students who encouraged her to start writing health and wellness books. The first books were a success and were a stimulus for many people so Gena soon became a successful writer, her experience and love for others led her to understand the real needs of people with food problems and the difficulties they had in approaching food, Gena managed more and more to give the right amount of nutritional value and good taste to her dishes creating delicious and easy recipes appreciated by all.
