Dr. Keith Henschen is a Professor Emeritus of the Department of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Utah where he was faculty for 39 years. He has published over 200 articles, 37 book chapters, 13 edited books and monographs, and given over 400 presentations. He served as an applied sport psychology practitioner with the Utah Jazz (NBA) for 32 years, USA Track and Field, USA Gymnastics, US Aerials Ski Team, US Speedskating Teams, the US Men's Alpine Ski Team, the University of Utah Athletic Department, and Brigham Young University Athletic Department. Keith lives in Salt Lake City, enjoying his retirement with his lovely wife, Julie. Dr. Nicole Detling, CMPC is the founder and owner of HeadStrong Consulting, LLC. She was faculty at the University of Utah for 9 years and now works as a full-time mental performance coach (applied sport psychology practitioner). She has worked with Real Salt Lake (MLS), the University of Utah Athletics Department, US Ski and Snowboard Teams (Freestyle Aerials, Snowboard Halfpipe, Snowboard Slopestyle, Freeski Halfpipe, Freeski Slopestyle), USA Nordic Teams (Ski Jumping, Nordic Combined), USA Archery (para), US Speedskating Teams, and Ballet West. She regularly travels the world giving keynote addresses and workshops on mental toughness. Nicole lives in South Jordan, Utah with her two sons, Logan and Elias. @HeadStrongDoc
