Town, GG, Inuya y Pepe son cuatro youtubers de juegos de terror que todavía no se conocen. Un día reciben una nueva consola con un videojuego que asegura ser el más terrorífico creado hasta la fecha. El paquete donde se encuentra la consola procede de una marca desconocida que les invita a probar esta experiencia juntos. Una vez inician el juego y se presentan a través de este, todo cambia por completo. Las luces en la casa de los cuatro se apagan, y sin apenas darse cuenta, al mirar por la ventana, ya no se hallan en su ciudad. Lo que antes era la calle por la que cada uno solía moverse, ahora es un yermo, oscuro, pero con un detalle que pueden observar los cuatro; una casa de madera con una luz roja en la parte superior, a una distancia de poco más de un kilómetro de cada uno. Los cuatro youtubers, que siguen conectados por voz a través de sus ordenadores, deciden reunirse en esta casa para poder descifrar lo que está pasando, pero al llegar solo encontraran un botón rojo con la palabra "salida" escrita encima, un botón protegido por un cristal cerrado con cuatro candados. Junto a este, un mapa que les guiará por unas experiencias terroríficas que pondrán a prueba sus habilidades, su confianza y sus miedos.
