Dave Parrot, is a successful entrepreneur and student of life. He grew up in a family with it's own dysfunction. As a teen, he witnessed the divorce of his own parents and the break up of his family. 20 years later found himself in his own marital chaos after he thought he checked off all the bases. Sadly his own marriage ended in divorce. Dave then set out on a journey to understand what makes a marriage really work. He interviewed many who had great working marital unions. Through this book he brings the wisdom that couples need to know and understand before making one of the most important decisions of their lives. He does not want you to make the same mistakes he made. Mr. Parrot holds a BA in Communications form the State University of New York at Oswego. He speaks, writes and consults on a variety of life topics including "Mounting a Life Comeback" and "Single Fatherhood". Parrot, makes his home in New Vernon, New Jersey and is a dad of three.
