Dr. Francis Jeffries is a professor of management at the College of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage and is an expert in organizational behavior, organization development, emotional intelligence, and negotiations. He is the author of extensive research in the fields of organizational behavior and emotional intelligence. Dr. George Geistauts is a professor of business administration at the College of Business and Public Policy at the University of Alaska Anchorage and is an expert in strategic management.
