Cook, Yvette: - Author Yvette Cook has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and has had a passion for writing since she was little with her own tummy butterflies for the first day of school. As a stay-at-home mom of three she wanted to create her own story for her children about how to overcome their nervousness for the first day of school. Inspired by her favorite animal the giraffe and her own children's anxiety about starting school, she has come up with a story that helps open discussion for overcoming childhood worry and anxiety.
