Joy, the author of bestselling `NOSH for Students', started writing this book for gluten-free friends and people who had requested gluten-free recipes. Interestingly, during the process of writing this book, Joy, herself, discovered she was intolerant to gluten. This book was the beginning of Joy's journey into the world of gluten-free living.
