Scafe, Shawna: - Shawna Scafe, also known as Your Nerdy Girlfriend and Life Coach, is the writer of Simple on Purpose, host of the Simple on Purpose podcast, authour of the Life on Purpose Academy and mom to three cool kids. She started her adult life with a career as an Environmental Health Officer. After having three kids in 3.5 years she decided that daycare was too expensive so she would stay home and get really good at making waffles and 'saying no to that face'. Over the years she has grown her blog on minimalism into a place where moms of all ages are coming to get ideas and guidance on how what simple, on purpose can look like in their own lives. She is a Life Coach who teaches moms how to show up for the lives with more peace, purpose and presence. She provides faith-based coaching and uses tools such as the Enneagram, and the Life on Purpose workbook to help moms grow in awareness, direction and action.
