He has taught high school English in Britain and English as a Second Language in Britain and Spain, and worked at the New York Public Library. He was an editor and co-author of SAT Vocabulary Lightning. Jean Callahan, Ph.D., Editor & Co-Author is an editor and lexicographer in Ithaca, NY. She received a B.A. in English Literature from Wellesley College and a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from Cornell University. She has taught writing at Cornell, SUNY-Cortland, and Alfred University. Her publications include The McGraw-Hill Children's Dictionary and The McGraw-Hill Children's Thesaurus (managing editor). Currently she creates language reference content for K to 12+ for Wordsmyth, an online educational dictionary company. Daniel Charles Eiblum, M.S.Ed. is a meteorologist and the president of TutorPro, an in-home tutoring agency serving the Washington, D.C. and New York City metropolitan areas. He has an M.S.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University, a BA in Geophysical Sciences from the University of Chicago and a BS in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Maryland.
